Ms. Doris Wilson was born January 11,1913, to the late Earlie Mae Coates and Royal Givens. She departed this earthly home for her eternal home on May 14, 2025.

She accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized by the late Reverend Abram Lewis. She was a devoted Member of First Mt. Carmel Baptist Church and her walk with Christ was evident in her life.

Doris was employed with the Iberville Parish School Board as a Custodian for Sunshine High School for many years.

She leaves to cherish her memories: Her four daughters, her son- in-law, bonus son, her grandchildren, great grandchildren, one bonus grandson, one niece that she loved as a daughter, a nephew, a great nephew and many friends.

Doris was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, two sisters, one daughter, her grandsons, and best friends.
