Mrs. Pearley Bea Boudreaux Cushenberry departed her earthly life on Monday, January 8, 2024 at her home in Gonzales, Louisiana at the blessed age of eighty-two (82).

She was born on January 19, 1941 to the late Ollie Carey and Albert Boudreaux in Darrow, La. At an early age, she professed the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Savior and lived a life that exemplified Christ. She was a faithful member of Little Zion B.C in Gonzales, La, later on recommitting her service to Christ at the Mt. Olive B.C, under the leadership of Pastor Myron Jones Sr, and continued at Mt. Olive under the leadership of Rev. Sylvia Burnett-Payton.

Mrs. Pearley was married to the late Lloyd Cushenberry, Sr on December 19, 1958 and to this union seven (7) children were born. She leaves to cherish her memories five (5) daughters: Linda Joseph (Eugene), Vanessa McGee (Myron), Melissa Cushenberry (Sosthan), Wanda Williams (Cedric) and Paula Cushenberry (Arthur). One son, Lloyd Cushenberry, Jr (Debbie). 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; one sister Shirley Picou (Ray); Brothers Melvin Boudreaux, Sr., Lee Boudreaux, Sr (JoAnn) and Allen Boudreaux. Seven (7) sisters in law; Sammie  Boudreaux, Barbara Boudreaux, Rosa Hambrick, Eula Lewis (Joe Ray), Audrey Allen, Clementine Cushenberry and Joycelyn Bibbs.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Lloyd Cushenberry, Sr, son Brian Bill Cushenberry, one great grandson, ten sisters, six brothers, nine sisters-in law.
